Bandar Indera Mahkota Commercial Project is another PKNP project developed on 3.0 acres of land at Sector II, Bandar Indera Mahkota. Located approximately 5 km from Kuantan City Centre, opposite the main road between Kuantan City Centre and Sungai Lembing, its strategic location makes it highly accessible.

The project began construction in November 2007 and was completed in 2009 where all units were sold.
